Welcome to Diagnostic Orders Direct, a division of Glow Oversight PC. By accessing or using this website, submitting forms, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Website Purpose
This website provides general information about our virtual consultation services and offers a way for eligible users to request a consultation with a licensed provider regarding imaging, diagnostic, EKG, and laboratory orders.
This website is not an imaging facility, laboratory, emergency service, or treatment center. We are not affiliated with any single imaging center or testing facility. Patients are free to use any outside facility of their choice.
No Emergency Use
Do not use this website or service for emergencies. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, major trauma, loss of consciousness, or any other emergency condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
No Guarantee of an Order
Payment of a consultation fee does not guarantee that a provider will issue the exact study, test, or order requested. Orders are issued only if the provider determines that the request is medically appropriate and medically necessary. The provider may recommend a different study, may require additional information, may require recent laboratory data such as eGFR before contrast-based imaging is considered, or may determine that no order should be issued.
Scope of Services
Our role is limited to a virtual consultation and, when appropriate, issuance of a medical order. We do not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, ongoing care, specialist management, interpretation of results beyond any limited communication specifically offered by the service, or continued follow-up after your results are available.
You are responsible for obtaining results from the facility you choose when applicable, and for follow-up with your primary care provider, specialist, urgent care, or emergency room when directed or clinically indicated.
State Availability
Services are only offered in states where the provider is authorized to provide services. Website access does not guarantee service availability in your location. If you are outside a covered state, we may decline service.
Scheduling and Provider Response Time
Providers are generally available for consultations 7 days per week. Most consult requests are addressed within 1 business day, but response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Fees and Payment
A consultation fee is due for the virtual consultation service as listed on the applicable website. Fees are charged for provider review time, administrative processing, and the consultation itself, not for any guaranteed testing order or clinical outcome.
Additional charges from outside imaging facilities, labs, hospitals, or diagnostic centers are separate and are your responsibility. Insurance coverage, reimbursement, and outside facility pricing vary and are not guaranteed by us.
Refunds, if any, are governed by our posted refund or cancellation policy, if applicable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree not to submit false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information. You agree that decisions made by the provider depend in part on the information you provide.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Medical Disclaimer
The content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A provider-patient relationship for clinical purposes is not established merely by viewing the website. Any clinical relationship arises only if a consultation is accepted and completed through our process.
